We called Derek and his team out to our home when we had long term renters check out. They left the place with a ton of junk around the property and clearly didn't take care of the yard. Derek came out and did a complete overhaul of the property; removing all of the junk and trash outside and cleaning up the yard so that now we can actually rent it out again.
